Adelaide, SA — [For immediate release] — AirDNB and The Front Room are teaming up for A Day At The Beach, a two-stage day party on the Glenelg foreshore featuring international headliners Felix Da Housecat (USA) and Grooverider (UK) — both playing two-hour sets. It goes down Sunday, March 22, 2026 at The Grand Bar on Jetty Road, from 4pm to 11pm.
Two parties, one venue, one ticket. The Front Room and TMO handle seven hours of house and progressive across the main stage and beer garden, with Solace and Ketracel (TMO) warming up before Felix Da Housecat takes over for a two-hour headlining set. Meanwhile, AirDNB delivers seven hours of drum and bass with local supports on both stages, capped by a two-hour main stage session from Grooverider.
Felix Da Housecat needs no introduction. The Chicago producer and DJ has been a defining figure in house music for three decades, from acid house and electroclash through to the global festival circuit. Grooverider is equally foundational — a pillar of UK drum and bass culture since the early 90s whose sets on pirate radio and at clubs like Metalheadz helped shape the genre as we know it. Getting both on the same bill in Adelaide, beachside, on a Sunday afternoon is a genuine coup.
Local support runs deep across both stages: Kirana, Kill Your Television, Patch, Wattsy, Noddy, Krish, Zoe G, Neisha, Hyperfixate, Snowh!te, Lottie B, 020, Pab, G-swift, and Essbee. Sound on the main stage inside comes courtesy of WILD Sound System.
Originally conceived as a Fringe closing night party with a larger venue in mind, the event has landed at The Grand Bar with a firm capacity cap of 400. The organisers aren’t mincing words: presales are a must. It will not be moved or expanded if it sells out early.
Tickets are on sale now via The Ticket Fairy. Second release at $45 (inc. fees), final release at $50. There’s also a double event pass bundling A Day At The Beach with the QZB + Charli Brix show for $70 — almost gone.
